Why Track Progress

We believe that effective monitoring and accountability are the cornerstones of achieving your health and wellness goals. With our personalized approach, we empower you to take charge of your well-being as you carefully track your journey toward a healthier lifestyle. Through regular assessments and check-ins, we'll work hand in hand to celebrate your successes, address challenges, and make necessary adjustments, ensuring you stay on the path to lasting positive change.

While progress tracking takes some effort on your part, research shows that regular progress tracking can help individuals be successful in their health and wellness goals.

Tracking Your Progress

Weekly Tracking

You will receive a link to a Bio Feedback Form (Google Sheets)  where you will enter your daily macro totals, calorie intake, energy levels, hunger, and weight.

​

You should utilize a food tracker on your phone to keep track of your food intake to make the Bio Feedback Form easier to complete. Diligence on this form is critical for success.  Create a daily habit to keep you on track.

​

Your feedback form will need to be fully filled out with the requested daily information no later than Sunday at noon.

Progress Pictures

Progress pictures are important to track your progress. Often times the scale is not an accurate reflection of the progress we have made and pictures provide us an opportunity to celebrate your successes. 

​

You will need to take 3 pictures at the beginning of your journey, in the middle of your journey, and at the end of the program. 

​

The pictures should be taken in clothing that is tight-fitting and minimalistic.  For women that means a sports bra and short compression shorts. For men, boxer briefs or form-fitting shorter shorts.  

​

You will take a full-body (including feet) frontal picture, a side picture (don't suck in your stomach), and a back picture.

Progress Check-In

Participating in a weekly check-in call with your coach holds immense significance in your journey toward improved health and well-being.

 

These regular check-ins serve as vital touchpoints that allow you to track your progress and ensure you stay on course with your goals. By discussing your achievements and challenges, you can receive valuable feedback, personalized guidance, and practical adjustments to your nutrition and wellness plan. Moreover, these calls play a crucial role in holding you accountable to the commitments you've made, fostering discipline and consistency in your lifestyle choices.
