What to Expect
When clients make the decision to hire a nutrition and wellness coach, they can look forward to embarking on a transformative journey toward better health and overall well-being. We begin by carefully assessing your unique needs, goals, and current lifestyle. Through personalized guidance, clients can expect to receive tailored macro numbers and lifestyle adjustments that suit their specific goals. The coach will serve as a supportive partner, offering motivation and accountability throughout the process.
To ensure your success, we'll ask you to track your daily macro intake using your preferred method, with MyFitnessPal and MyMacros+ being among our recommended choices.
At the end of each week, you'll complete a bio-feedback form (Google Sheets) to track your overall well-being and progress. This form will include your daily macros, weight, calories, and more.

During your nutrition journey, we will capture your progress through three sets of pictures: one at the beginning, another midway through, and the final one at the end of your transformation. These images serve as a powerful visual representation of your remarkable changes over time.​
